About

PridePoint is a small pride business run in Australia, shipping worldwide! PridePoint is run by a trans person (me!) living on Ngunnawal land (Canberra). My name's Morgan and I'm the only person running PridePoint, I do everything from advertising, posting orders, and hand making a large selection of my products!

Product requests

I'm always happy to receive requests for items you'd like to see available. If you're wanting a handmade product, I will most likely be able to make it for you right away! If you're after a flag or pin that I don't currently have it may take longer to arrange but I'm happy to look into it. You can contact me on Morgan@PridePoint.com.au for any requests.

Packaging

All items are shipped in discreet packaging. There is no branding on the outside, just the address labels.

Processing time

From 2024, I will be shipping orders twice per week. This will usually be on Mondays and Thursdays. If you need your order shipped sooner than this, please contact me as soon as possible via email Morgan@PridePoint.com.au
Orders containing only pre-made items will typically ship in 1-3 business days.
Orders containing one or more made-to-order products (handmade items) will generally be dispatched within three weeks.
Orders containing a pre-order item will be dispatched when that item arrives. If you're ordering multiple items and would prefer to have the rest of your order sent earlier, please submit each portion as a seperate order or send me a message.
As there's only myself running PridePoint, at times there may be delays to order shipping depending on what else is going on in my life. Any expected delays will be notified by a banner on the store and communicated to anyone with pending orders as soon as possible. At times I may be unable to communicate delays in advance e.g. if they are unexpected or I am unwell, however I will let you know as soon as I am able to.

Domestic (Australian) shipping

3 levels of shipping are available: Untracked letter post, tracked parcel post, or express parcel post. Please do not choose untracked post if you want to use a parcel locker or parcel collect location as your delivery address as auspost may redirect letters sent to these locations.
Please be aware that there may be delays in postage at times due to auspost limitations and events across the country. After your parcel has shipped, I only have access to the same information available on your tracking number that you have so I can't give you any further information about where your parcel is or when it will arrive.

International shipping

You may choose standard parcel post or express post. Standard and express parcel post are tracked. Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks and express shipping 1-2 weeks to most countries.

Bulk orders

If you'd like to make a large purchase, contact me at Morgan@PridePoint.com.au
Depending on the size of your order, it may take 2-4 weeks to fulfill the order as I do not keep large amounts of stock on hand.
Please note that most items listed on here will allow you to purchase an unlimited number. If you intend to buy 15+ of the same item, please contact me to check how many are available.
