Refund policy

 

Damaged/Defective/Not as described

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair in some situations under Australian Consumer Law. This does not include situations where you received what you ordered however you changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, or no longer want the item. If you wish to seek a refund under these conditions, please first email Morgan@PridePoint.com.au with a description of the issue and photos where possible.

Exchanges

PridePoint accepts exchange requests for some items. Any products you wish to exchange must be unused and returned in the same condition as they were received in (including in original packaging where applicable).

The following items are eligible for exchanges:

- Rings where an incorrect size was chosen

- Flags where the person the flag was intended for has come to idenify with a different label after it was ordered.

- Shoelaces where a persons pronouns have changed after ordering

- Pronoun pins where a persons pronouns have changed after ordering

Exchanges may only be made for another of the same item type.

All other items are ineligible for exchange but may be able to be returned under the refund due to change of mind provisions discussed further down on this page.

Requests for exchanging of an item must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item (for items sent via tracked postage), within 30 days after lodgement of the item (for items sent untracked within Australia), or within 60 day after lodgment of the item (for items sent untracked outside of Australia). Requests made to exchange items after these dates or where an item has been opened or used will be denied.

To request an exchange, first contact Morgan@PridePoint.com.au with your order number and details of the exchange you wish to make.

Postage costs for both the item being returned and the new item to be sent are wholly the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid prior to the new item being dispatched.

Change-of-mind returns

PridePoint accept some returns for change-of-mind reasons where the following conditions are met:

- The item is unused and remains in the same condition as it was received.

- The request for a return is made within 14 days of receipt of the item (for items sent via tracked postage), within 30 days after lodgement of the item (for items sent untracked within Australia), or within 60 day after lodgment of the item (for items sent untracked outside of Australia). 

The following items are not elligible for change-of-mind returns

- All products in the handmade category

- All products marked as a clearance or display items

For all other items, you should first contact Morgan@PridePoint.com.au to ensure your item is elligible for return. Items returned without first contacting PridePoint may be rejected and returned to you.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is wholly the responsibility of the buyer.
