Shipping policy

You will receive an email when your submit your order and another email when your order is dispatched. Your order will usually be dispatched within one week of ordering. However, it may take longer to ship your order in some situations including by prior discussion, pre-order items, or periods of high demand.

PridePoint ships through Australia Post. If you are ordering to an address outside of Australia, your order will arrive through your national postal service.

At checkout you may choose the shipping option that suits you.

Domestic shipping is available at three levels - untracked letter post, tracked parcel post, and express parcel post. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout however these are an estimation only, not a guarantee. Shipping times may vary depending on circumstances throughout Australia and AusPost capabilities.

International shipping is available as untracked economy, tracked standard post, and express post. I highly recommend choosing tracked or express shipping. Untracked economy delivery times is estimated about 3-6 weeks, tracked post is about 2-4 weeks, express post is about 4-12 days. This delivery estimate will vary depending on the country being shipped to.

Delivery estimates DO NOT include processing time, that is, the time between ordering and shipment of your order. Choosing express post does not guarantee shorter processing times. Please contact me or leave a note with your order if your need your order by a certain date and I will try to make that happen, however it cannot be guaranteed.

Australian shipping addresses

PridePoint ships through Australia Post. Residential, business, and PO Box addresses are suitable for any of the three delivery tiers available at checkout. Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect addresses can only be used if tracked parcel post or express shipping is chosen at checkout. If you attempt to use a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address but have chosen untracked letter post you will be contacted to seek an alternate delivery address. Items sent via letter post to Parcel Locker and Parcel collect addresses will be rejected or rerouted by Australia Post.

European Union

As of 1 July 2021, all orders to the European Union will have tax obligations, irrespective of value. PridePoint does not collect VAT on orders to the European Union and all orders will be delivered as delivery duty unpaid. This means that you will be charged VAT on receipt of your delivery.
