Large 3’ X 5’ pride flag with header and 2 grommets.

Double stitched for durability.

Midweight flag. Heavier polyester material increases colour vibrancy and reduces transparency. This means the flag has vibrant colours on one side and duller colours on the other side.

Bisexuality explained:

Bisexual, also abbreviated as bi, is a sexual orientation encompassing attraction to multiple genders, with the attraction being sexual, romantic, and/or emotional. Bisexuality is not limited to the gender binary. The term does not have a single, universal definition. The most commonly used definitions are:

  • Attraction to people of the same gender as one's self and to people of other genders.
  • Attraction to more than one gender.

Bisexual people may experience attraction regardless of gender, feel equally attracted to the genders they are attracted to, or may have a preference for and be primarily or more strongly attracted to one (or more) gender compared to the other(s). Some bisexual people are attracted to different genders in different ways.

Bisexuality is also an umbrella of anyone who is attracted to multiple genders. Sometimes "bisexual+" or "bi+" are used to distinguish the umbrella usage from the singular term, meaning bisexual individuals are part of bisexual+. The bisexual label is also considered part of "m-spec", an abbreviation variously expanded into multiple-attraction spectrum, multi-attraction spectrum, or multisexual spectrum. Individuals may have a preference in which specific label they use or draw distinctions between bisexuality and other labels, such as pansexual and omnisexual.

Lesbian explained:

Lesbian is a sexual orientation or romantic orientation most often defined as a woman who is attracted to other women, with many variations in definitions. Although lesbians are frequently defined as women who are attracted to women exclusively/solely, they are also defined as women attracted to women primarily/mainly. Some prefer to use or additionally use "gay" or "gay woman" as an identifier.

Lesbians have debated who shares their identity and is part of the lesbian community for over a century. They have variously been defined based on sexual attractions, romantic attractions, sexual behaviors, or self-identifying with the label. Definitions also vary in whether or not they use expanded language regarding gender with phrasing that explicitly includes people who do not identify only as women, such as non-binary people who are woman-aligned or feel a connection to womanhood, or genderqueer people who feel a connection to womanhood.

BiLes Spite: ACTIVATE

First of all and most importantly: this flag is GORGEOUS!!! I immediately pinned it on my wall and it was worth EVERY SECOND of the month and a day I awaited its arrival (no biggie whatsoever; it was shipping from Australia to the States)!

Second of all, this is the first Pride Flag I’ve ever bought for myself. Not the first gear, just the first honest-to-goddess flag.

This was a move made out of pure spite thanks to the seething fury I’ve received on my TikTok for identifying the way that I do. I’ve had people tell me that I can’t identify this way, complain about this “new” term, and then try to move the goalposts when I point out (thanks to a fellow Bi Lesbian providing pics and receipts) that Bi Lesbians have been around since at least the 90’s. Oh, and I had someone call my flag a hate crime when I showed it off on TikTok.

Anyway, my point is that I derive joy in knowing that I am what I am regardless of what people say, I’m not changing my label to make anyone comfortable.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, PridePoint, not only for my gorgeous and exquisitely made flag, but also my most sincerest and heartfelt thanks for giving such beautiful representation for people who don’t fit into any one box. Your selection is beyond breathtaking.

Thank you for giving us a way to represent what we feel is true of ourselves. Thank you for giving us beautiful tools to explain something that otherwise sounds very oxymoronic.

And thank you, from one disabled person to another, for all the work you do as a Queer, disabled person. I would EAGERLY buy from this business again and look forward to doing so!

(Sorry for the crappy photo; I’m too lazy to turn on a light)

Thank you soo much
